Production of audio clips

Production of the audio clip is carried out according to all standards and in accordance with the law, the passport of the audio clip is provided.

Stage 1-Editing

If you need to make changes, you can fail the order by clicking on it 2 times and make changes or delete it .

In the settings, you can select the payer, edit the MP, copy the RC, Print the MP, and move the MP to the archive.

3. Add advertising materials.

There are three ways to add advertising materials.

1) if you have a large file size, put it in cloud storage and attach a link .

2) the Text is used to write a detailed technical task for the seller.

3) If you have a file weighing up to 1 MB, you can attach it using the "Select file" button.

Next, the green button “Start order” appears, click it and the order will go to the seller for processing



Stage 2-Processing

Through the system Cheapmedia.ru the seller must agree on the possibility of production within the specified time period.

By email and in the system Cheapmedia.ru you will receive a notification that your order has been accepted.

In an ad campaign, you can easily see what stage the request is at.

In the "messages" window, you can directly write a request to the seller, specify clarifying information and be in touch.

If you have changed your mind about placing an order, you can click "Cancel order".

Stage 3-Approval

After the seller (ad seller) confirms the possibility of placement for the specified period, you must issue an invoice and print out the work program.

If you have selected an offer invoice, make sure to check the box for correct processing of documents.

If your order contains several advertising products, click the "combine" button to issue a single invoice.

Click on the "Invoice" button.

You can export the invoice to PDF, print it, or copy the link. The invoice contains payment terms.

Stage 4 and 5

After the customer has paid the invoice, you check it in your LC and then your order is Started for execution.

Upon completion of the project, you need to print out and sign the certificate of completed work.
